Sweet Baby Boy

Meet Logan. He was such a sweet heart today - a real trooper. I heard that he didn't like having his clothes off, but he tolerated all of my silliness quiet well! Once he finally went to sleep I fell in love with his squeaks and grunts. *Almost* made me want another baby! Erin, thank you for letting me into your life today, I truly enjoyed capturing this little guy for you. I hope that you enjoy your sneak peek!

The Colder, the Better I say

Well, not really, but when I left my house this morning for this shoot it was a whopping 37 degrees (I don't even want to know what the wind chill was)!!!! This family was awesome while we braved the cold. They took turns hiding out in the heated vehicle while we did individual pictures!

Thanks for braving the cold yucky weather - You guys were troopers and I think we really caputured some great images! Enjoy your sneak peek!

Sneak Peek for Jenn!

I really should be getting my kiddos in bed, but I couldn't help myself! I had to edit a few and put them up for her to see! It took 2 tries today, but we finally got Miss Madeleine to cooperate. She clearly isn't a big fan of portraits!! Hope you like your tease Jenn!!

Tyler + Jenny :: Love

I came home to visit my parents just for this weedding. Jenny's parents are dear family friends and I used to babysit the bride and her brothers. Talk about making a person feel old!!! Jenny and her mom asked that I take a few pictures through out the day: bridal luncheon, hair and makeup, ect. It was nice to not have the pressure of being the "official" photographer. I was able to just relax and have fun. I hope that I got them some images that captured the day. Thanks Jenny and Donna for having me tag along. And to Jenny & Tyler - I wish you guys nothing but the best!!

Hot Mama!

Literally! Carissa was a TROOPER today. The bank said 93 degrees but I'm sure the heat index was much, much higher! She walked all over the streets of downtown Amarillo this afternoon for an 'Urban Maternity' session. It was blazing hot, but we came out with some great images. I enjoyed spending time with her as well. So Carissa, hope you enjoy your sneak peek - and rest easy until that little angel gets here!

Matthew + Cindy :: Beautiful

I know this lovely bride and her husband from our Spirit Wind days. It was a honor that she asked me to be their photographer and capture their special day. They are a beautiful couple and I have no doubts that they will have a long and loving life together. Congratulations Matthew & Cindy!!

Not so messy Maternity

Mrs. G and I both had big visions of her sweet son finger painting on her beautiful baby belly, but Mr. C was having nothing of it! He was interested in markers for about 2 minutes but after that, it was more fun to blow bubbles or run around the yard. At least we can say we tried!

Mr. Z

I had the honor of photographing the beautiful Mr. Z in all of his 8 day old glory! Even Aiden couldn't get enough of this little man. He wasn't much for sleeping even though my house felt like the sahara desert! But we still had a good time and I hope mom & dad enjoy his newborn pictures!
